Wally Wisecrack is a goon of a human, who resides within Strahnbrad and was closely assosciated with those Syndicate fellows. Yeah the traitorous ones that sold their souls to the orcs, it seems its just in their blood, huh?

Find him in Strahnbrad, kill him, and bring me his Large Looped Earring as proof.
