Ready yourself, for the real challenge has come at last. If we are to bring peace to the elements than we must expel the evil bound to the Flame of Dagnoth. Its poison has lingered for far too long, and caused great havoc to all.

Find the Flame of Dagnoth, and throw this magic dust upon the fire. It should manifest the evil energy, allowing it to be destroyed once and for all, do this, for the good of the elements, and for the good of the land itself.
