Nexus Shattering

Nexus crystals are the concentrated arcane essence of the Twisting Nether that seeped into the armaments and artifacts of Azeroth. They possess immense power and potential and are used in many magical enchantments that empower the recipient tremendously. Usually these crystals are so dense that not even the strongest spell or weapon can break them without releasing a volatile and lethal explosion. Aszune, however, managed to create a method of splitting a nexus crystal into two lesser magical shards, maintaining its stability and energy.

I would love to conduct experiments with the instructions found inside Aszune's manifesto. Bring me one such crystal and we will see how true her words will ring.
