Description

Prospector Hammertoe was sent off to the Badlands to dig up relics of the Makers. Fool's always had an eye for old treasures, and he was convinced the Gemstone of Naraz might be there. We didn't see eye to eye on it, so we went our separate ways—I took my search to the Grim Reaches instead. Turns out, we were both right in a way. The gemstone's split in two.

But that doesn't matter now. What does matter is I need you to head to the Badlands, to his excavation site, and find the gemstone. If they've uncovered it, well... I doubt Hammertoe will notice if it goes missing.

You bring it to me, understood? The Gemstone of Naraz must be mine—to restore it to its true form.

Progress

Hammertoe probably set up camp close to Angor Fortress. That's what I would do, at least. The place is well known for its ancient relics.

Completion

Hammertoe... attacked by the Dark Irons, you say? Bah, we were rivals more often than not and rarely saw eye to eye, but still, this news sits heavy on me. I can only hope he found a way to escape.

But there's no time to dwell on that now! The second half of the Gemstone—just as the old texts described! You've done well, adventurer, truly well. Thank you, thank you! I'll take it to Ironforge at once. With the right hands and the right tools, it'll be restored to its full glory!
