This heart is full of spite, resentment, and unfulfilled vengeance. And you are the reason for that. I wonder how that makes you feel.

While it’d be far too amusing for me to keep mocking you, I am in need of your assistance once more. I will have you return to Thunder Bluff to the Elder Rise and grant my report to our esteemed leader, Magatha Grimtotem. The heart will also serve as a gift for her, so make sure to keep it safe.

You will be rewarded, of course, if you manage to keep your head, that is.
