Everything is assembled. The finished blueprints, the alloy and the ore. Now to have it all combined into the finished lock. Fortunately I have an old acquaintance who may be just the right person to ask for this. Even if he isn’t on the best terms with my organization anymore. Argur Rustbrand is the exceptional blacksmith we are looking for. Last I heard he spent every waking hour of his days in the Mold Foundry of the Blackrock Depths. Here, take this box. Within you will find what we have gathered so far, as well as some gold to pay for his work.

One more thing, . This feisty dwarf no longer speaks to anyone that isn’t a Dark Iron dwarf themselves. I suggest you get yourself a convincing disguise, or else this deal will not work.
