Description
What Mothshroud did was wrong, he bathed himself in the blood of others for his own conviction, his own ambition, his own pain. Are they not similiar? Father chose to remove the problem, to erase it. And in doing so he has sealed his fate.
For a tribe known to walk with the celestial siblings, it makes me wonder. Is it the influence of the siblings that made this possible, are we nothing more than pawns in a messy game; a witness to their quarrel and a means to prove each other who stands atop another? If anything this experience should stand as proof that we should not blindly follow our gods.
What we see through the eyes of the Earthmother, and its tear, should not necessarily be what we see with our own eyes. Were I my father’s son, I would have him dead. Instead, I task you to speak to him one last time, tell him that the deed is done, that Moonhoof is safe, and that he is no longer needed here. Have him gather his things and accept his banishment with a clear head.
